Best way to burn 1,000 before bed?

Whats the best home exercize that I can do to burn another 1,000 calories within the next few hours? I usually just bicycle as I watch TV but didnt have time today :<

You could run an hour and a half at a 6mile/hr pace. I believe that's approximately 1K calories.0

Do burpees until you throw up. Tons of exercise calories burned plus recent food calories removed. its a win win.0

I cycle almost everyday while wearing a heart rate monitor and am only able to burn around 450 in a 45 minute spin class that is very intense. For reference I am 5'2 and 160 lbs. my max heart rate is usually around 175 or so. I would say 400 for half an hoe of moderate cycling is a big over estimate (also depends on your fitness level).0

Burpees suck, almost all of the calories I would burn doing that would be throwing up.0

About 1 hour of intense/hilly mountain biking (night riding is awesome!!)0

Yeah, this ^^^. You only ATE 1,000 calories today (which, is another problem in itself--why so low? Completely and unnecessarily aggressive).0 -
